Do I have to enter numbers in AIMZ?
No. Costs come from the invoices already booked in the accounting system, with a suggestion for which line item they belong to. You confirm or move the suggestion – that is all the data entry there is.
Does it work on a phone on site?
Yes. Approving invoices, registering changes with a photo and looking up the project's numbers are all done from a phone. It is made to be used standing up, not just sitting in the office.
Do the finance team and I see the same numbers?
Same numbers, same source. The argument about which spreadsheet is right disappears, because your forecast goes straight into the consolidation, with nothing in between.
What if I disagree with the AI suggestion on an invoice?
You override it. The suggestion shows why it was matched the way it was, and the system learns from your correction so that similar invoices land better next time.
How long does it take to get started on a project?
A project is set up with contract sum, line items and the integration that is already in place. For a project manager it is a training session of under an hour, not a course.
