Integration

Accounting system and ERP

AIMZ and Unimicro

Connect Unimicro to AIMZ and the ledger and supplier invoices are fetched automatically. You get project economy and forecasting on top of the accounts you already keep, with no exports or pasting between systems.

How it works

From a voucher in Unimicro to a forecast in AIMZ

The connection is set up once. After that the data flows by itself. You keep working in Unimicro as before, and AIMZ keeps the project economy up to date.

  1. 1

    Connect

Access is set up as read-only against Unimicro. We help with the setup together with the provider, and access can be withdrawn at any time.

  2. 2

    Map the chart of accounts

Accounts in Unimicro are mapped to AIMZ's chart of accounts. Done once, and applies to every project in the company.

  3. 3

    Let it run itself

New vouchers and supplier invoices are fetched automatically. AI suggests which contract or change order each one belongs to, and you approve it.

What syncs

The ERP system is the source, AIMZ is the follow-up

Data flows one way: from Unimicro to AIMZ. The ledger remains the source of truth, and AIMZ never changes anything in it. You can safely connect an ERP system that's in full production use.

  • General ledger and accrued costs per account
  • Supplier invoices with vouchers and attachments
  • Supplier register and chart of accounts
  • Project and department dimensions

Frequently asked questions

Does AIMZ replace Unimicro?

No. Unimicro remains your accounting and ERP system, and AIMZ never changes anything in it. AIMZ reads the data and adds the project economy on top: budget, forecast, change orders and portfolio.

Do we have to register costs twice?

No. Costs are registered once, in Unimicro. AIMZ fetches them and suggests which cost item, contract or change order they belong to, so you approve instead of re-keying.

How long does setup take?

The connection itself takes little time. What takes a bit of work is mapping the chart of accounts in Unimicro to AIMZ's chart of accounts – done once per company, and we do it together with you.

Can we use AIMZ across several companies in Unimicro?

Yes. Several companies or clients can be connected to the same AIMZ installation, with separate access per company and consolidation across the portfolio.
