Does AIMZ replace Duett?
No. Duett remains your accounting and ERP system, and AIMZ never changes anything in it. AIMZ reads the data and adds the project economy – budget, forecast, change orders and portfolio – on top.
Do we have to register costs twice?
No. Costs are registered once, in Duett. AIMZ fetches them and suggests which cost item, contract or change order they belong to, so you approve instead of re-keying.
How long does setup take?
The connection itself takes little time. What takes a bit of work is matching the chart of accounts in Duett to AIMZ's chart of accounts – done once per company, and we do it together with you.
Can we use AIMZ across several companies in Duett?
Yes. Several companies or clients can be connected to the same AIMZ installation, with separate access per company and consolidation across the portfolio.
