Do we have to register costs twice?
No. Costs are registered once, in Visma Business NXT. AIMZ fetches them and suggests which cost item, contract or change order they belong to, so you approve instead of re-keying.
How long does setup take?
The connection itself takes little time. What takes a bit of work is matching the chart of accounts in Visma Business NXT to AIMZ's chart of accounts – done once per company, and we do it together with you.
Can we use AIMZ across several companies in Visma Business NXT?
